SUBSTITUTION POLICY
The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. The designers may make appropriate substitutions of flower, container types or colors due to availability and season that may not exactly match the photo image, our guarantee is that we will maintain the overall tone and feeling of the arrangement chosen. We hand select the best flowers available each and every day to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value as appeared.
DELIVERY POLICY
Our direct delivery zones include all of the greater Los Angeles area (Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, Culver City, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Van Nuys, Encino, Pasadena, Calabasas, Canoga Park and Studio City) and some surrounding areas. If you would like a delivery in a special area outside our permitter please call 310.276.1003 prior to placing order to ensure we can deliver to that location.
ORDERS AND STORE HOURS
Our boutique is open from 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday through Saturday, we are closed on Sundays. Any order done after work hours will be placed the next working day, to ensure same day delivery please call 310.276.1003, order must be placed before12:00pm (pst). To arrange delivery for the weekend please call and/or place your order before 12:00pm on Friday.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 4 day(s) prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative professionals week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
CARE
The average lifespan of a cut floral arrangement is between 3 to 7 days. Cut flowers should be given fresh water daily. Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators to help ensure longest life span. Orchids should be given one cup of water per week and be placed in indirect sunlight to ensure longest lifespan. Bear in mind that all flowers, plants, and trees are living things. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided to ensure longest life.
